This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel in the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Extremely nice hotel and terrific area. I Definitely advise Novotel Lugano Paradiso!
